• All of the components to a refrigerator are intact, especially the compressor. ( we cannot pick up a refrigerator with a missing compressor).

• Excessive mold and putrid appliances are subject to other fees.

• You must provide a clear path to and from the point of pick up.

• Any vehicle or property that may be subject to damage must be moved. (if not, we are not responsible for any damages).

• We are not responsible for damage to walls or stair casing due to appliance removal from the second or third floor.
